SONiC Workshop Japan 2025 – SONiC User Group Japan

This is an event (workshop) aimed at communicating in Japanese regarding SONiC, an open source NOS (Network Operating System). This event is planned and managed by volunteers who agreed to organize it. Although we are in contact with the main SONiC Foundation management members, this is not an event sponsored by the SONiC Foundation/Linux Foundation but rather a community-sponsored event by volunteers.

“Users Group” refers to SONiC users in a broad sense, including engineers who use SONiC, SONiC sales support, SONiC research and development, and people who have tried SONiC for study purposes. Anyone interested in SONiC can participate.

• Daiba Frontier Building 12F, 2-3-2 Daiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

Call for Presentation:

We are looking for someone to talk about SONiC for about 10 to 30 minutes.

• Recruitment period: ~March 24, 2025
• How to apply: Please apply via Microsoft Form .

For example, we are assuming the following:

• SONiC introduction, research, development, etc.
• I tried out SONiC (evaluated it), and introduced some interesting features.
• Introducing problems with SONiC and looking for friends
• SONiC technical explanation
